Delivery guarantee

If a survey is not TSPS-compliant and in your inbox in under 5 business days, it is free.

Weather permitting. Delivery guarantee excludes delays caused by severe weather, natural disasters, or unsafe field conditions.

Our 5 business day guarantee is weather permitting. If severe weather or unsafe field conditions prevent our crews from completing fieldwork, the delivery clock pauses and resumes when conditions are safe. You are never charged for a late survey regardless of cause.
